Healthy U is a Herbalife Wellness Centre run by Sara Scott and Samantha Harry. We are on a mission to help change peoples health for the better through the power of nutrition and exercise.
What is Healthy U?
We are a small and cosy Wellness Centre in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead. The founders of the company are proud Herbalife Distributors Sara and Sam. We welcome any person interested in improving their health and FREE of charge show you how we can help. We call these meetings "Wellness Evaluations". We basically evaluate your health and offer you support any where it may be needed. No obligation to buy, no pressure, just friendly help and advice from two great distributors.

Not only that but both Sara and Sam are trained in the Fitness industry.
Sam being a Zumba instructor teaching local classes around Hemel Hempstead and also holding a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification.
Sara who is a Insanity Instructor also holding local classes throughout the week in Hemel Hempstead. Sara holds a Level 2 Fitness Instructor Gym qualification and Personal Trains in LifeStyle Studio's in Bennett's End.
