Introduction
Brothers Giuseppe, Antonio and Gennaro La Bufala were born in Aversa near Naples where their father was a buffalo mozzarella producer. At his death the brothers, who where living abroad, came back home and decided to revamp the family business. Now they've got restaurants in several cities around the world serving Neapolitan style food from pizza, pasta and buffalo meat and mozzarella, among other specialities. The ingredients are flown from Italy three times a week and the attention to details and traditional recipes with a modern twist make this restaurant a favourite among the Italian community in London as well as Londoners. Seasonal dishes are always on the menu and Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 8pm the Italian style Aperitivo is a very popular choice as a pre-theatre meal with a drink and a selection of appetisers freshly made.
