Introduction
Gokyo Lake trek is to be considered as an option trek to the customary Everest Base Camp trek that offers eminent perspective of the mountain crests and the Ngozumpa Glacier-the biggest in the Nepal Himalayas.
This trek to Goky Lake begins from Lukla following 45 minute mountain flight from Kathmandu, following up the Dudh Koshi waterway valley towards Namche, and other primary towns of Khumbu, Thame and Khumjung. After Khumjung Valley we fan out from the principle occupied trail towards the lethargic town of Phortse Tenga lastly coming to our definitive goal at Gokyo.
Gokyo, a one time yak field is honored with two excellent high lakes.The mountains are more terrific, the Ngozumpa Glacier is the biggest in the Nepal Himalaya and from an edge above Gokyo, and for 8000m pinnacles (Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu) are obvious without a moment's delay.
