Roy set up Empathy Advantage to help people discover the value of empathy and compassion. He's an integrative psychotherapist dedicated to ensuring all his clients have a space to explore their lives, to be themselves, and to find their own wisdom.

Roy is a relational integrative psychotherapist. He has completed specialist training in counselling survivors of childhood sexual abuse, gambling addiction, substance misuse, mentoring, creative therapies, and motivational interviewing. He has extensive experience of working with anxiety, depression, self image issues, bullying, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, and self harm.
