Every athlete who trains at CrossFit Avon in Bristol, from complete beginner to elite athlete and child to the elderly athlete, will have the best quality coaching, relevant to their own personal needs. For personal training, we write a detailed Training Programme, tailored to your needs. Workouts will be a mixture of Weight Training, Bodyweight exercises, Aerobic work (running, Boxercise, skipping, rowing), and Flexibility training.
