Established in 1994, Claypenny Properties is a well-established, reputable, family-owned and managed business, with an excellent reputation in the provision and management of student accommodation in the Sheffield area.
We have over 100 properties, which provide furnished and decorated accommodation to more than 550 Sheffield students. Over the years, we have taken the time to listen to our tenants, and have put in the effort to understand the very specific needs of students. We have then adapted our properties in accordance with their demands. As such, we now pride ourselves on providing affordable housing, which places emphasis on security, safety, comfort and energy efficiency.
