He is Postural Restoration Certified and is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Mike’s main goal is to help his clients achieve their pain and exercise related goals. While playing baseball at Springfield Mike was introduced to the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to improve his health and performance as a pitcher.
