Primorski was opened by Buba Khotoveli in 1981. Primorski is one of the original restaurants & nightclubs on Brighton Beach. Buba is a Georgian Jew so naturally many of Primorski's food is ethnic Georgian-Jewish Cuisine. Ethnic Georgian dishes include Khachapuri (Patty with mixed Cheeses) Khinkali (Georgian Dumplings) Lobio (Fried Red Beans with Walnuts) our Georgian Bread "Lavash" made fresh on our premises just to name a few.
