I make pictures using batik which is a process using wax as a resist and cold water dyes to create my colourful and upbeat pieces. Silk is my fabric of choice its light reflecting qualities suit my work. The silk is then attached to a streched canvass for a very contemporary look. I also make accessories such as brooches scarves and handbags each made as a one off.
