I provide exercise rehabilitation for orthopeadic injuries and chronic disease for all ages. I give a postural assessment to find the cause of the injury and then use movement - stretching and exercise - to help solve the problem. I see a lot of women pre and post op for breast cancer all sport injuries for all sporting fields not just the conventional sporting fields but MMA gymnasts dancers crossfitters included.
