Julie's pathway into the world of tea and coffee began with her love of herbs. Starting in the western hills of Sonoma County California in 1990 she raised aromatic and tonic herbs and flowers which she sold at local farmers' markets. In 1995 Julie hooked up with the groovy folks at Taylor Maid Gardens and was given the wonderful opportunity to create the tea division of Taylor Maid Farms Organic Coffee & Tea. We cook with locally sourced fresh ingredients our fish are mostly from West Bay dayboats and Game is locally hunted so the daily menu will change in line with availability of these and the changing seasonal produce.
