We're a team of certified London Personal Trainers that are here to offer you a more affordable alternative to traditional personal training. We create workout & diet plans, and we offer online personal training too. Online personal training is a more affordable, accessible, time efficient way to train with a certified professional. You will work closely with a personal trainer who will create a tailored nutrition & workout plan and communicate via either an app like PThub, or over social network applications like WhatsApp, Skype or messaging.
This form of personal training is incredibly more affordable! rather than pay £60 per session, you can have unlimited access to your trainer for less than £40 a MONTH...yes we said it... less than £40 a month!
All you need is to decide whether you want to join a gym to complete your personalised workout plans or train from home...or even outdoors in your local park.
Having unlimited access to a certified professional, means the gains don’t stop after your one hour/45min training session...nope, you can contact your personal trainer and ask them for training advice, motivation, support, nutritional advice or even a session to speed up recovery at any point of the day...because remember the hardest part of training isn’t the actual training session...it is the 23hours of the day you spend out of the gym. So having contact with a professional will ensure you keep doing the right things even when your not in the gym.
