It incorporates a wine tasting centre for the region, a fully licensed daytime & evening restaurant, a gallery show casing regional art and a venue for live music for performers from all across Australia. From time to time it also form across the globe. Over 50 Wines are tasted from around Canowindra and the surrounding region. The cuisine of the restaurant is best described as modern Australian with mixed fusion multicultural elements with the emphasis on local and in season where possible. All meals are prepared & cooked from raw ingredients in house, this includes entrees mains and desserts (with the exception of bread). taste Canowindra also hosts a full up market bottle shop, with a wide variety of beers, wine, ciders, spirits, mixers & liquors.
