RH Counselling - Addiction & Relationship Counselling Service

Relationship, Bereavement and Addiction Counselling Service. Competent. Confident. Friendly. I provide my counselling service over the phone, Face-to-Face and as Online Counselling. I am accredited (MBACP) and registered with BACP which is the larges organisation for Counsellors and Psychotherapist in the UK. Individual clients are as welcome as couples.
To give a better understanding of the services I can offer, here are some of the issues I have worked with:

Relationship Counselling: Relationship breakdown, family problems, communication difficulties, loneliness, isolation, parenting and adoption issues

Marriage and Couple Counselling: Infidelity, relationship difficulties, communication breakdown, sexual or intimacy issues, reproductive issues, separation and divorce

Same Sex Couple Counselling: Lesbian and gay issues, bisexual or transgender issues

Addiction Counselling: Drug and alcohol addiction, gambling, sexual addiction, binge eating disorder, shopping, internet and exercise addiction

I also offer counselling to friends and family members who are affected by somebody else’s addiction.

Abuse and Trauma Counselling: Physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse, drug or alcohol abuse, childhood abuse and domestic violence

Bereavement and Grief Counselling: Bereavement, loss, grief, death and dying, loneliness

Depression: Anxiety, low self-esteem, bullying, victimisation, redundancy, retirement, illness and health issues, weight problems, meaning and purpose of life, identity conflict, mood swings, loneliness, postnatal depression, abortion and miscarriage issues

Stress: Work related issues, anger, stress, dissociation, painful and traumatic events, social skills, life changes, Asperger and Autism
