Introduction
We are a friendly mobile portrait and wedding photography service based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire. The areas that we cover are Hull, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Scunthorpe, Immingham, Brigg, Barton upon Humber and all surrounding villages. If you live outside of these areas and would still like to use our portrait or wedding photography services please contact us and we will do our best to help you with your request.
We bring our service to you without the hassle and stress of getting your family to a photography studio. Being in the comfort of your own surroundings makes the experience feel more personal and encourages young ones to interact more with the camera, as they have their creature comforts around them rather than being in an unfamiliar environment. This also makes it much simpler when it comes to changing your children's clothes during a photoshoot as they have everything to hand and feel more comfortable doing this in the privacy of their own room.
With our friendly and reliable service we try to encourage you to have fun during your photoshoot. We have props that we can bring with us, if there is something that makes your child smile or a favourite toy to include in a photoshoot then we will be happy to use it!
For your reassurance I have been DBS checked (criminal records check) that shows that I have never had any criminal convictions - should you wish to see this I will be more than happy to bring it along to a photography session.
Our service is not just limited to children, we cater for all age groups and if your pet is part of the family then we will include them too! You will see examples of some of the pets that I have photographed in our portraits gallery.
We will not put you under any pressure to choose your images after a photoshoot. Once the photographs have been edited they will be uploaded into a personal photo gallery which is password protected - for you to decide what you want in your own time!

Meet Our Team (1)
Matthew Keates
Photographer/Owner
Hi, I am Matthew Keates, I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me.
I was born and lived in Wiltshire until I went to school and college in Exeter from the age Matthew Keatesof 12. After leaving college I worked for the Civil Service in Exeter, following this I returned to Salisbury and worked for the Local NHS Trust; I then returned to work for the Civil Service.
In 2006 I moved “up North†after meeting my wife Jane, we now live in New Holland, North Lincolnshire with our 2 children and dog Chas (who you will see in my gallery).
I have always held an interest in photography which really started to take hold of me when I was at college and purchased my first SLR camera (a Pracktica BX20 – how cameras have changed!).
After enduring a traumatic experience with my family at a portrait studio sitting (my young daughter refused to participate!), I began to form the idea of taking the studio to people’s homes to make the overall experience more relaxed, pleasant, and less embarrassing on the occasions when a child enforces their freewill! I feel it is important to capture the best possible images of your children growing up as the time goes so quickly and the perfect portrait helps you remember their development and family time together.
My Portrait photography is evolving into wedding photography so please also take a look at my wedding page.
Recently I have been studying for a diploma in professional photography with the Blackford Institute.
