outsourcing services to a wide range of businesses. onsiite forms part of the people2people group of companies formed in 2005, by Directors Mark Smith, Simon Gressier and Manda Milling. Building on an established reputation for providing professional and personalised recruitment consulting, the Directors expanded their services to include outsourced business processes through onsiite.
At onsiite we are experienced working with large and small organisations to streamline their recruitment processes. We are experienced in managing contract and permanent recruitment and have been successful across a range of business disciplines.
onsiite is Sydney based, but through leveraging technology we are not limited by location; we have provided recruitment services across Australia, New Zealand, PNG and Fiji. We can manage the recruitment function on your behalf, sourcing candidates directly through a variety of channels. Also, through our relationship with people2people recruitment, we have the option to draw on a larger pool of candidates across a range of industries, if required for hard to fill vacancies.

Meet Our Team (5)
Lisa Johnson
Shared Services Manager
Lisa joined the recruitment industry in 1996, has gained experience working in administration and payroll processing, through to temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professionals. Her initial experience was gained in Wellington, New Zealand and in February 2007 Lisa joined onsiite, working with and account managing large global entities. Lisa is now manages Shared Services for people2people and onsiite.
Manda Milling
Director, onsiite
Manda began her accounting career in 1988 with Carpenter Owens (now Pitcher Partners) completing her B. Bus (Accounting and Business Law). In 1994, Manda joined the recruitment industry and for the next 15 years, recruited and managed accounting and business support staff. Manda is now responsible for development and account management for onsiite. Working with her fellow Directors since 1994, Manda is a joint founder of onsiite and people2people.
Mark Smith
Operations Director
Commencing his career with Deloitte in the late 1980’s, Mark is a qualified Accountant. In 1994, he decided to make a career switch to the recruitment industry. During his early recruitment career with two listed recruitment entities, Mark recruited and managed teams in both temporary and permanent disciplines, in the Sydney, Brisbane and London markets. In February 2005, Mark established people2people with Manda Milling and Simon Gressier.
Shannon Barlow
Manager, RPO Services
Shannon graduated from Otago University, NZ with a BA (Hons) in Psychology in 2002. Settling in Sydney, Shannon has established herself in the recruitment industry and joined people2people in 2007 recruiting for temporary and permanent accounting positions. Shannon gained excellent knowledge of the Sydney market and in 2010 joined people2people’s RPO division, onsiite, as an account manager responsible for recruitment across all disciplines for a global organisation. Shannon now manages onsiite, where she is responsible for the account management team, together with ensuring the consistent delivery of service level agreements with existing clients and promoting the business development of onsiite services.
Ward Young
Account Manager
With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, Ward started his career in Canada and moving to Australia, worked as a Food and Beverage Manager for a major hotel. For 6 years, he was managing a team of 60 staff and recruiting on a departmental level. Deciding to start a second career, Ward joined people2people in 2007 specialising in the recruitment of temporary accounting staff. In 2013, Ward joined the onsiite team as an account manager, managing operations and sales roles across the South Pacific Region.
