After customer submits the detailed requirement, our scientists will show the client feasible analysis result and an optional strategy to achieve the goal. Once customers confirm the order, our staff would begin to construct required vectors and prepare zygote for microinjection. Cas9 and sgRNA are directly injected to zygotes where gene editing will occur. Mice that develop from these embryos are genotyped or sequenced to determine if they are correctly engineered.
