We offer therapy services which include Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Reiki. The team is led by Donna Monaghan who is a fully qualified experienced therapist and has a wide variety of experience having qualified in June 2009.

We also offer pamper parties and can provide a competitive bespoke quote to suit your needs. Travel isn't a problem and we can easily accommodate you.
We want to help people look and feel like the best version of themselves and we offer Makeup Artistry services for Corporate Promotional Material (both Male and Female) Bridal Makeup and Going Out/Occasion Makeup. We don't favour any one brand and the kit contains a variety of different brands including high end products to drugstore brands

We know how important it is to take time out to focus on yourself and breathe. We have devised a relaxation workshop which we feel can help you. We have called the workshop our company name which is Kimochigai which literally translates from Japanese as ‘feeling good’ and that’s exactly what we would love for you to feel at the end of a workshop.
Workshops are a fantastic opportunity to take 1.5 hours out of life per week in a safe and comfortable environment, totally focus on yourself and your own body without any outside distractions. Attending relaxation classes on a regular basis may help to improve poor sleeping habits, can help to alleviate tension headaches, help to overcome stress and anxieties and those are just some of the wonderful benefits. Also, practicing with others may also help you stay motivated.
Donna is a new Mum herself and knows difficult it is to completely relax and get some ‘me time’, we think these workshops are perfect for new Mum’s. Also, Donna has come from a high-pressured working environment background, therefore we understand workplace stresses.
The Relaxation workshop is perfect for anyone just looking to obtain ‘me time’, chill out and learn some very useful techniques in a calm and friendly environment.
We love sharing simple and effective techniques with small groups keen on learning. We promise that you’ll leave with knowledge you didn’t have before and in a more relaxed state.
Workshops are where we teach various breathing and relaxation techniques and of course we get to experience them too! There will be a chance on the workshops to share some of your experiences (if you like) and ask questions the workshop is 1.5 hours long.
Our lead therapist Donna is originally from Glasgow and she still has a strong affinity with her home city. If you are from Glasgow or the surrounding areas of Glasgow and would like to book us for a treatment, we are happy and willing to come through from Fife.
Please be aware, for the distance we need to accomodate travel costs. We have a minimum of a 2 person booking given the distance, hope you understand this requirement.
