Introduction
When GK Service performs floor abrasion / flooring and finishing, it is important that there are NOT any other persons present in the rooms in which they are being worked. This is because the floor must not be traced before GK Service has notified it.
If the customer fails to comply with this agreement, GK Service will not charge for the cost of repairing the damage or the defects in work performed.
Before GK Service arrives at the workplace, it is important that the customer uncover all areas where the customer does not want the dust or affected by our work. Therefore, it is important that the customer uncover all the walls and ceilings that the customer does not want to be touched by dust. If the customer has freshly painted walls, ceilings, doors or panels, the customer must always ensure that they are uncovered with cover plastic or other cover so that there is no dust from the floor abrasion or floor coverings or after finishing on the walls. GK Service is not liable if dust or finishing occurs on any of the above items.
When the floor abrasion / flooring and finishing process is underway, scratches in sockets, footboards and door frames will occur because GK Service comes close to the walls and panels of the machines. Therefore, the customer must afterwards either paint these after the work is completed or uncover these areas before the work has begun.
GK Service is NOT responsible for this and the customer should always count on these following.
