Just got my dress yesterday evening and it fits as though it was custom made for me. Color is perfect and it is very well made. I tried on dresses that were much more cheaply made and cost way more in the stores here in Houston that looked like potato sacks on me. I was extremely nervous about ordering a dress for my daughters wedding online, but Gbridal was an excellent gamble. The only drawback is that it is so long, which is unusual since I am a very tall woman and dresses and pants are almost always too short. I will have to have the hem altered and that is the ONLY thing wrong with this dress. But I would rather have it too long than too short. I typically wear a standard 18W and so I did not send any custom measurements and I was so afraid it would be too tight or something, but it is perfect. Also got the shoes to wear with it. Both are excellent and the shipping was lightening fast. I am so pleased.

I am stunned to read the no.of negative reviews and do feel terrible about those who got sub standard service from Gbridal. The reading has left me slight cautious for further orders! However, at the moment I'm putting aside my trepidation to say...EXCELLENT SERVICE! JOB WELL DONE! This is the first time I have ever ordered anything from Gbridal which came highly recommended by a family member! I ordered a ball gown for my daughter and from the start, I didn't seem to comply with Gbridal requests. Wrong measurements, delay in re-sending and finally the request to cancel since the clock was ticking for delivery! However, right from word 'go' Ms Jenny Wu always got back to me the minute I sent a query!! Thought she was sitting right across the table! It took nearly a week for me to actually get the right measurements across...was expecting the order to arrive on the eve of the event but.....it arrived more than a week before, absolutely exquisitely tailored! Total time from first email to receipt was just over 3 weeks!! The shoes too are totally divine and my daughter is well over the moon! So please keep up the good work and THANK YOU! Especially to Ms Jenny Wu for her patience and support! She actually even called me in Switzerland a couple of times to check the measurements!!!

I read many comments after I ordered my dress and got a little bit worried. So I contacted them by mail to send my dress earlier. Without any complications they picked the earliest day and my dress arrived yesterday. I am happy with colour(ivory).

When I received it I was surprised that it is so well made. The bust is a little big, but my mother will help me tail it. In a word, great dress!

My dress just arrive, and it's amazing it's fit my size, the length the material everything is perfect. Really you make my day and it's just what I dream for. BTY, I got the dress with a jacket and I put the note (I will wear the dress and the jacket together) and the jacket fit the dress in the material the lace and everything. This dress is every girls' dream! Honestly, I was afraid to buy it because I'm quite short and basically was scared it just wouldn't look nice on my body. But I can honestly say, once I received it, it was love at first sight ! I love it so much, the detail on the dress is absolutely beautiful as well as the giant bow on the back! The tail of the dress is amazing as well. I love the dress so much, it's just perfect! I received my dress and I could not believe how beautiful it was! It was very well made. I did realize that I needed a half inch more of room at the top when I tried to zipper the dress because I did not customize the dress I ordered the standard size 4 and to my surprise the dress came with extra material which my seamstress added the little room I needed. She could not believe the quality work of a dress I brought on line. I love the dress and next time I will get the measurements from my seamstress before I order the standard size. I will order another dress in the future.
