Introduction
My wife Elaina and I have been the owners and operators of bao institute for over 17 years. Over that time we have formed so many great relationships with our clients and have taken enormous pride in helping them achieve their goals! We have listened to our clients and we are hearing that people are struggling with their weight loss and maintaining good health. Out of this necessity was born a proven model which yields great results in the least amount of time for everyone, regardless of who you are. We are excited to introduce our Personal Health Coach program which is designed to help you with your weight loss while increasing your energy and mitigate the risk of disease. You will have your own customized nutrition and fitness plan made just for you. This is a lifestyle transformation which is completely sustainable through the empowerment of weekly sessions with your personal health coach. These weekly guided meetings keep you accountable and on track, eating the foods which work best for your body and engaging in your own personally designed fitness programming.
