Edvard Tam
Design Director
The team is led by Edvard, a corporate coach who focuses on brand and creativity. He has many years experiences working with advertising and brand design veterans like Mr Don Couldrey and Mr Byron Jacobs.
Edvard created brand identities for world classes enterprises such as Walt Disney Consumer Products, STAR TV…to name just a very few. He also helped Hong Kong industry legend TTI, to successfully transform from a local OEM to a world class home appliances brand.
Under his direction, ampersand helped new and smaller businesses to create their own brands.
Beside his experiences in the creative industry, Edvard had training in coaching and psychology, and adapted many ideas from these disciplines, such as solution-focused and systemic thinking. He also applies the coaching approach to help new businesses to create brands.
