Introduction
BRISTOL CLIFTON VILLAGE
a great restaurant in a lovely neighbourhood
This spacious restaurant is situated in the heart of Clifton Village surrounded by quaint boutiques and other historic buildings. It is only a five minute walk from Brunel's famous Suspension Bridge which allows you to view the whole of Bristol from its heights. The restaurant itself is deceptive on first appearance as you don't notice the large seating area we have tucked away at the back. Having this space allows us to cater for large parties as well as being able to create an intimate atmosphere for couples or smaller groups at the front of the restaurant. It's a lively and entertaining place to eat with friends and family but we can also seat you somewhere secluded if you are after a bit more privacy! We gave the restaurant a makeover at the start of 2010 and it's now looking better than ever, with an illustration by local artist Richard Sanderson, who was inspired by Bristol's floating Harbour, terraces and the great Western railway.
OUR STORY
ZIZZI WAS BORN IN 1999 WITH OUR FIRST RESTAURANT OPENING IN CHISWICK. SINCE THEN WE'VE OPENED MORE THAN 100 RESTAURANTS ACROSS THE UK. OUR AIM? TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD. EACH RESTAURANT IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT WITH A DISTINCTLY LOCAL FEEL, THANKS TO OUR 'FRESH TALENT' COLLECTIVE OF UP AND COMING ARTISTS WHO HELP TO CREATE A UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE AND DINING EXPERIENCE. ONE OF THE THINGS WE'RE MOST PROUD OF IS OUR COMMITMENT TO CHAMPIONING FRESH TALENT THROUGHOUT ZIZZI BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS ACROSS ART, MUSIC, FOOD AND SERVICE. IT'S A TEAM EFFORT. THE SERVICE IS PERSONAL, THE SURROUNDINGS LOCALLY INFLUENCED, THE FOOD DELICIOUS AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE LEAVES YOU WANTING MORE. ZIZZI IS SERVING UP FRESH TALENT.
