We are looking for houses which have a minimum of 4 let-able rooms; this doesn’t mean the property has to have 4 existing bedrooms, just 4 rooms that can be rented out separately without restricting access to the kitchen & bathroom. We also guarantee the rent on already licensed HMO’s and 2 or 3 story houses and have an existing database of clients; therefore we are ready to act immediately.
