Introduction
Zamian & Erin met in 1996 and were married in 2001, and have since had 3 children. Zamian ran a very successful house painting company before earning his real estate salesperson license in 2006 and as quickly as 2008, earned an MLS Gold award for being in the top 10% of all Victoria realtors for sales volume. In 2012 he was awarded the MLS Special Gold award for consistency in a five year period. His passion for real estate, his fun and outgoing demeanor, and his professionalism are the qualities he is known for. Erin is a licensed real estate agent (2011) and also a licensed property manager (2013) with Pemberton Holmes Property Management division. She is a great resource when dealing with tenanted properties, as she can offer professional advice on current rental values, and well as tenancy contracts and any potential legal issues.
