The Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA) has been training youth workers since 1999. Our 21st century model for delivering professional development is a complete suite of learning opportunities, available on-demand. 100% of people surveyed agree that YIPA trainings enhance their ability to positively impact young people. We focus on professional AND personal growth facilitated by our community of youth workers that share our just cause, the well-being of young people. Our focus on social justice and equality for young people defines us and our passion. Our member-centric approach is truly unique. Membership is ridiculously affordable at only $300 for 12 months for organizations. Individual Memberships are only $124 for 12 months.
