Our yoga teachers are well trained and certified and have long years of experience in yoga training. Their motto is to provide knowledge about yoga and other healthy practices to the society so that you can get rid of unhealthy and stressful lifestyle. Our Organization keeps on conducting national and international seminars on different topics like stress management, yoga for kids , yoga for teenagers , yoga for senior citizens.
