Strahil Ivanov is the founder and owner of “Yavlenaâ€. He established the company in hard times, at the age of 36- right after the deregulation of the communist regime in Bulgaria. He is considered as one of the mentors and shapers of the real estate market in Bulgaria and is valued for his contribution to it’s development. Chairman of the National Real Property Association (NRPA) and the Bulgarian Association of Business Appraisers (BABA), member of the Board of FIABCI, nominated for Mister Economics, Manager of the year, Business person of the year, guest lecturer on numerous seminars and conferences, confidant of large-scale investors. For 17 years he has built a successful business model, which raised and maintains "Yavlena" as one of Bulgaria's most successful real estate companies.
