Jason Yarusi is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, Speaker, Mentor, and Podcaster. Jason lives in New Jersey with his beautiful wife, Pilialoha. He has three lovely children, Luke, Lily, and Leo, and two English Bulldogs, Jack and Jill. While living in New York and Europe over the last 15 years Jason has started a number of successful businesses beyond real estate, including a brewery.

While not podcasting Yarusi Holdings, a home solutions company, flips homes and operates beach side AirBNBs locally in New Jersey while the multifamily division, Oak Capital Partners, focuses on large multifamily assets in the midwest and Southeast currently hovering at 150 doors.
Beyond real estate Jason’s family business has lifted and moved buildings for over 40 years and have been a major factor in helping to restore the Jersey Shore after Hurricane Sandy. To date W.A. Building Movers has lifted and remediated over 1600 homes since the storm making them FEMA compliant. You can see them moving a house on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe.

Pilialoha Yarusi is better known as Pili (Pee-Lee). Pili is originally from Hawaii and has also lived in California and New York before settling in New Jersey. After years working in the arts, managing restaurants, running bars and owning a berry farm … Four years ago Pili decided to dive into Real Estate. After getting her license in 2013 she has not stopped! Her passion is taking old, rundown, flooded, moldy, fire ravaged, termite eaten, over grown, under appreciated homes and turning them in to homes that deserve a good family. She finds the worst homes and gives them a heart again.
She and Jason have three lovely children, Luke, Lily, and Leo, and two English Bulldogs, Jack and Jill.
