Launched in 1995, Yamamori Noodles was Dublin’s first ever Japanese restaurant. The founder, Dublin born Derek Ryan envisioned a cultural hub where people could enjoy, learn, and experience the exquisite delicacies of Japanese food, music, film, history and art.
