Introduction
Located in the private terminal of GAM, the YU LOUNGE comprises of two lounges, one for departures and the other for arrivals of passengers of both private jets and commercial aircrafts.
Our Lounge provides sumptuous showers, IMAC Computers, Wi-Fi access, a television with international channels, as well as a KISS POWER to recharge mobile phones.
The YU LOUNGE Chef proposes a finger buffet along with exclusive wines and Champagnes.
ARRIVALS
A Porsche Cayenne waits at the air bridge to then direct itself to the YU LOUNGE where our concierges are ready to give a warm welcome with drinks and refreshing towels.
The arrival Lounge offers different services such as those of customs, immigration and health as well as a luggage service and a Duty Free shop offering the possibility to pre-order.
Estimate 30 minutes between getting off the plane and the departure from the airport.
DEPARTURES
We recommend arriving 1H30 before departure time and 2H if flying with EMIRATES.
Our concierges handle the check-in with the airline company as well as the formalities including customs, passports and police.
The Lounge is also has the necessary equipments to undergo luggage and airport security checks which will be done 20 to 30 minutes before departure time. The Porsche Cayenne then drives directly to the departure gate.
If the flight gets delayed, the client can peacefully wait within the Lounge. In case of cancellation of flight, all necessary arrangements are done with the airline.
