Introduction
Fitness Gym in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Building a community to help one another live better lives through exercise, nutrition, and mental well being.
The road is not always an easy one, but together we can make it enjoyable and achievable. Health has become a distant goal made confusing by fad diets and weird workout techniques. Everyday we are bombarded with new information telling us how to lose weight by cutting carbs, eating fat, not eating fat, lifting heavy, exercising everyday, and that every diet is the last diet you’ll ever need. Meanwhile, quality foods have been lost after decades of false advertising and misleading promises. It’s no wonder our society is in the worst shape it’s ever been.
We understand that fitness isn’t one size fits all. In-fact , after years of working with 100s of clients we know that everyone's needs are different. At X-Zact Fitness we stand firm on the cornerstone principles of hard work, consistency, accountability, and simplicity. We also understand that health needs to be enjoyable, not always a chore.
