At our forest studio, situated just outside Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. We offer a completely different experience to busy town and city yoga classes. The tranquil environment and small class sizes allow us the opportunity to work more individually with you, which can enable you to develop in your practice more quickly. If you are new to yoga you will gain a good foundation from our beginners yoga classes, in which to start your yoga journey. More experienced students will learn to deepen the actions of individual asana and gain more knowledge of the philosophy of yoga.
