As a Birth Doula I offer emotional and practical support to pregnant mums before, during and after childbirth. Having a baby is one of the most life-changing experiences and my aim as your Doula is for you to look back on your birth and say 'I did it, I knew what I was doing and I have the confidence to do it again.'
