Site Amenities
Residents staying at Windham Court get to enjoy many of the Site Amenities we have to offer. Our most popular is our Crystal Clear Blue sparkling water Swimming Pool. Equipped with Lounge chairs with private tables, spacious decking and walk in steps. The Swimming Pool is open during the open seasons, from 10am till 10pm. Often you’ll find it open earlier as the Maintenance staff always enjoys getting things ready before they need to be and having someone enjoy the Swimming Pool for a morning swim. There’s a Clubhouse which houses not only the Office but many other amenities for your enjoyment. Such as: Business Center, Free Weights, Fitness & Recreation, Sauna, High Speed Internet Access, Lounge, the Office, and a Espresso and Tea station. The most popular amenity is the Business Center. We feature computers that our residents can use to do research, watch You-Tube videos or just play games on. There is a printer available that allows you to print off any Groupons you may have or document. The other amenities in the Clubhouse are the office, fitness center, sauna, and lounge with coffee and tea station. The clubhouse is open from 8am till 10pm. Soccer Field, Fitness Center, Playground, 24 hour Security, 24 hour Maintenance, Located adjacent to the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool is the Courtyard and Picnic Area.
The Playground and Soccer Field are located on the South-East corner of the Property, adjacent to Buildings 2 and 5. It features a U7 type Soccer Field and recessed Playground encompassed with sand. The area also has a BBQ grill as well as a lounge pad for our residents to enjoy.
