We use the leading record management computer systems for the recording and handling of archive documents. All archive boxes are securely bound, bar-coded and tracked using our Record Management System. We can tell the whole history of a box from the computer system.
The system has been successfully used for companies requiring BS5750 & ISO9002 accreditation and we are ISO 140001 accreditted. We also barcode files and record and track them using the computer system for customers who require a specific file service.
