Hello from Whitburn Whiskers; a small, family-run pet sitting business based in Sunderland and South Shields. We're a great alternative to the traditional cattery or kennel-based boarding if that isn't an option for you and your pets.

Within the Sunderland and South Shields area, we come to visit your pets where they like to be best - happy in their own home. We take care of all their daily needs such as feeding, changing water, changing litter trays, playing, cuddling and fussing. We can come up with a completely bespoke service based entirely on what your pets prefer.

As there's no risk of disease spreading, there's no need for up to date vaccinations which saves you a trip to the vet. Outside cats don't need to have their neighbourhood routines disrupted and nervous cats don't need to be unsettled by strange and unfamiliar sights and sounds. As we don't charge extra per animal we're very competitively priced and charge each customer based on their location and what their pets' needs are.

Peace of mind is key to our business and for you to truly enjoy your time away you need to be safe in the knowledge that your pets are being well looked after. We're a fully insured, CRB-checked business and have plenty or recommendations over on our facebook page and website so you can read what some of our happy customers think about us! We also always carry out a free of charge visit so that we have a chance to get to know each other and you're able to ask as many questions as you want - and vice versa.
