Introduction
NG Health and Fitness was born out of a global pandemic. Frustrated with my own body shape and health during lockdown I decided to take action and embarked upon a journey of self discovery, pushing myself beyond what I thought possible and achieving my own body transformation. With that knowledge I have helped some of my clients lose up to 20kg over 6 months, rediscover themselves, increase in confidence and see their own strength and self belief grow. I wanted people to feel the amazing benefits that taking ownership of their health has on every aspect of their lives.
