As the only aqua fitness studio in Miami, WaterBiking Studio has brought the global sensation of aqua athletics to the Magic City. Now, everyone can be in the water all year round! With water exercise, you can burn up to 800 calories in one session, up to twice as much as a comparable exercise class on land. Plus, because of our low resistance workouts, you won’t be sore the next day! Our aqua fitness classes also activate blood circulation in the body, and tone the thighs and abdominal areas. Since you’re in the water, you’ll glisten, not sweat, the whole way through it.
