He is a fully qualified coach with a Bsc(Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, a Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer certificate, First Aid, Crossfit level 1 and PunchFit coach.

Walter can be highly recommended as a friendly, knowledgable and professional personal trainer

Walter is certainly the best personal trainer I have had. Such a pity he is no longer in my area! He has the ability to get the best out of you, not only through motivation, but also because he is very experienced at assessing your needs and what will work well for you. He is very well organised, always comes with a plan, brings plenty of variety, and manages to be tough with you while maintaining a good sense of humour. His knowledge is impressive, not only in personal fitness, but also in technique and nutrition.

Excellent service

He is the greatest personal trainer. He will look after you both inside and outside of the gym. He’s very knowledgeable, you won’t be disappointed!
