Introduction
Voluntary Action Academy provides short online courses in subjects including customer service, ICT, health and safety and management. Courses are reasonably priced from just £2.36. We also offer ILM accredited courses in team membership (level 2) and leadership and management (level 3). These courses are assessed and provided using blended learning – with online resources and access to a tutor who provides telephone and email support.
