Since 2009, we've been delivering software solutions for our clients in the Denver metro area and across the U.S.
* We do project-based application development. Durations are from three months to several years.
* We meet with you to go over requirements, review UX/UI designs and architecture, and show work in progress, either at your offices or online.
* Using lean software development methodologies, we identify and work on your highest-value features so the most important software is delivered first.
* With our online Kanban board, you can see the status of features so you always know what's in progress, what's ready for production, and what's next for the team.
* We usually work in one to three week iterations. You can see our work in progress or change requirements any time, and you'll have working software at the end of every iteration.
* Our teams usually consist of three to five developers and testers, although that can range from one to ten.
* All our programmers are U.S.-based senior developers with a minimum of 5 years of web development experience. Most of our programmers have much more experience.
* Add your own people (developers, testers, designers, project managers, scrum masters, etc.) for a blended delivery team.

Darien Wilson
Owner and Vice President
Volare is the second company Joe and Darien have co-founded. Volare is Darien's next venture after seven years as President of ZoloWear, Inc. With a passion for babywearing and a knack for marketing, Darien started ZoloWear at her kitchen table and cultivated it into to an internationally recognized brand.
Darien and Joe met at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where Darien graduated with a slightly higher GPA than Joe.

Joe Wilson
Owner and President
Joe brings 25+ years of experience in software development and has led successful projects for several large organizations, including AT&T, Jeffco Public Schools, 3M, Dell, TXU, JC Penny, and the State of Texas. Joe's roles on projects range from developer to dev lead to team lead.
Joe graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 1991. His development skills have changed to keep pace with the market, going from SAS in the early 1990s, to classic ASP in the late 1990s, and to C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server in this century. His latest favorite project tools are C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript (ES2015+), webpack, KnockoutJS, Dapper, Ninject, NUnit, Moq, and Jasmine/Karma. Joe's also been using Git/GitHub, Azure, Kanban Flow, and Slack to manage local and remote dev teams.
Joe spends his free time with his wife, Darien, and children, Zoe, Clark, and Rose. He also enjoys spending time outside hiking and biking.
