Hello there.

We run, Monday to Saturday:

- 12 Matwork classes
- 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 Equipment classes
- Suitable for all levels
- Specialising in Rehab
- Ante Natal and Post Natal classes

Mat classes are book in 7 week blocks costing £70

We have a wonderful, large and airy space with Clifton Chiropractic Clinic on Pembroke Road. To ensure you get the best suited Pilates session we have a number of highly qualified instructors working across a range of levels of experience. So there will always be something right for you.

Dont worry if you've never done it before, just let us know and we can talk you through the basics and even set up a first session as a 1:1 before you join a group class.

If you're pregnant or just had a baby, we have classes to suit you too.

And if you're recovering from an injury or just want to keep fit for sport or life, our classes are perfect for you - so please let us know about your individual needs.
