We work with executives from around the world to help them develop the communication skills to succeed and the credibility to deliver organisational change. Our clients include major corporations, public sector groups, international business schools and major consultancies.
We make use of techniques from the acting world. All of our presence facilitators have a career background in the professional theatre. We explore the techniques that can make actors so compelling and make these skills relevant to the workplace.

Be aware – Take stock of your current skills and identify areas for development. We help you identify what’s working and where you could improve.
Be bold – Our workshops are experiential. We don’t spend a lot of time talking about concepts. We ask you to get on your feet, take a few risks and try things out.
Be committed – Becoming an effective communicator takes effort and practice. We help you develop a clear action plan to transfer learning to the work place and can offer ongoing support.
