The menu is changed daily with the emphasis on quality. Driven by Marcus' creativity according to the freshest available produce and seasonal variations, delights are a fusion of traditional English and modern continental cuisine with a twist.
Crisp linen draped tables nestle in the intimate rose corners adorned with fine porcelain and offer drama with a homely touch as the stage for the delights of the menu. Creative, exciting and consistently to-die-for quality dishes are presented which are determinedly fresh and a feast for the eye as well as the palate.
First rate, fresh and local produce is sought from small independent growers and suppliers to form Marcus' menus including wild mushrooms, free range eggs and asparagus.
