An ancient stone farmhouse, located in a strategic position where it is easy to uncover many of the hidden and characteristic secrets of Tuscany and Umbria. The local atmosphere will leave you with unforgettable moments of quiet and relaxation, enjoying the colors, odours and unique sunsets.
Various paintings of flowers and colours of Tuscany hang on the walls bringing nature indoors. The living room is plain and simple, starting with the stone walls where the fireplace stands. Here you can take a relaxing break while watching satellite TV (with LCD player, stereo, VCR). The kitchen goes well together with the outside covered porch, with facilities for dining out in front of the swimming pool with a view of the entire valley.
On the ground floor you can also find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to the balcony, two double rooms with shared bathroom and a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the loggia.
The villa offers a private garden surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. It contains an outdoor oven / barbecue to enjoy local food, a laundry room and private parking. The pool offers peace and tranquility in an attractive spot. (6 x 12 meters - 20 x 40 feet ca.) The whole property is well designed for the needs of guests on holiday. The owners, who live nearby, will welcome guests on arrival with a small buffet lunch which is always a great success. If you wish more privacy, the owners will not interfere with the guests' stay.
