It is perfect for high intensity training sessions with its discreet gripping interface and polyester fabric, weaved to improve breathability. It will improve barbell grip during squats, bench press and any other exercise where grip is needed while using a bench such as leg press and decline dumbbell press. To achieve the low profile gripping interface on the Vice Grip: LITE, we utilise an advanced silicone printing technique allowing the gripping pattern to be directly bonded onto the apparel.
