Our CrossFit box features climbing ropes, 4 lifting platforms, 48 foot rig, 2 dozen barbells, air bikes, concept 2 rowers and ski ergs, and many other fun tools of fitness. With a room for the kiddos and 3,000 square feet of training space, this making us the premier fitness facility in Katy. You'll love training in our clean facility, but you'll also love our dedicated mobility zone, modern restrooms and showers to freshen up post workout.
