This spacious architectural three-bedroom home and guesthouse, designed by noted architect, John Porter, is the ultimate Venice hideaway. It's located on a quiet one-way street, on one of the prettiest streets in Venice. The famous Abbot Kinney is just steps away. Stop by the French Market Café for coffee and croissants, then take a 15-20 minute delightful stroll through the scenic canals to the beach! With vaulted wood ceilings and plenty of skylights, it's bright and airy, totally relaxing...
The house has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a private deck, perfect for al fresco dining. The tropical garden is a tranquil setting, great for a picnic or sitting by the fire pit BBQ.
You can rent either home, or both together. The main residence can also be partitioned so you can either rent one, two or all three bedrooms in the house (all are with private entrances).
NEWS ALERT: We now have two bikes for guests!
All bedrooms have TVs, wireless internet, and cable. All linens and towels, beach towels are included. There's plenty of street parking and there's an additional gated parking space available in the alley.
