Introduction
The Vedic Yoga Centre is a yoga and Ayurvedic retreat Centre which specialises in Yoga Retreats, Ayurveda therapies and Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.Â
It was founded as a Charitable Trust in 2006, and has been registered with Yoga Alliance USA since 2014 for the purposes of Teacher Training Certification and continuing education.Â
All of our programs offer a holistic approach to your health, well-being, and spiritual growth, based on the ancient Vedic practices which have been handed down through the ages. They have been tested through time, and our aim is to deliver them in their traditional format, while offering applications to help you with today’s world – an ancient yogic vision for modern times.
